Zilveren theepot, H. Matthews, Birmingham, 1893 Titel:Default Title Weight: 32Silver teapot, decorated all around with leaf and scroll motifs. Probably made by the silversmith H. Matthews of Birmingham. Active from 1893. The teapot bears English hallmarks: a master mark H (M), a first grade silver hallmark, a date letter "t" for 1893, and the city hallmark anchor. The teapot has a wooden handle to prevent the heat of the tea from penetrating the metal, and a wooden knob on top of the lid. The teapot is in excellent condition.
