The equestrian buttons are hallmarked with the master's mark: Flower on stem, belonging to the silversmith Johannes Andringa from Leeuwarden Franeker (Voet B 121 415). He was active from 1760 to approx. 1796. In 1769 he became a citizen and master in Franeker. The Bible locks are not hallmarked, but they do have a dotted engraving with the year 1793 and the initials TL.
