B2B NADA - Cristal Frankrijk with spicy aromas like cloveCR is made from Macabeu grapes, macerated with the marc of Lledoner Pelut (a red grape variety closely related to Grenache noir). Raphael calls it the tea bag method. The result is a deep pink light red wine that is fresh, mineral, full of energy, and blueberry, lots of blueberry. A super interesting winemaking technique where the two grapes are mixed together and an even more interesting wine to try! Absolutely one of our favorite wines. Macabeu,
