Spray head assembly has two Gentle Spray outlet heads with "flip top" dust covers mounted on chrome plated brass supply arms. Eye wash assembly swings down from storage to operational position. Unit meets ANSI Z358. 1 standard as primary eye wash. Fully factory assembled and water tested. Complete with ANSI compliant identification sign. APPLICATION: AutoFlow eyewash for mounting on wall.
